Khar is not a normal golden horned, he was genetically created by scientists, His off coloring makes him quite interesting. Unlike other dakotians, he has to consume his victims heart before they die (they need to be alive) He does so in mere seconds. His huge serrated diamond shaped teeth make quick work of flesh and bones. He has a very broad head, which is somewhat short. He has a stocky build. His wings are small but very wide, making him an excellent short range attacker. He relies on mere strength to over power his opponent. His tail is wider and smaller then most but his tail tip can go from a furry end  to a blade. His horns and claws are red along with his eyes and wings. He has dark red/maroon markings all over him. The main marking is on both sides of him. The scientists got his powers from a rare formality that portrays a dakotian unlike others that was supposed to be a hero but WILL always become bad. Khar HATES Dakota, Dakota humiliated him in his younger years at his attempts to steal Dakota's power. Khar Loves to see pain and suffering it fuels his hate for his enemies and creators. Khar is a kill one first ask questions later kind of guy, He loves pain and longs for power, His temper is very short, one wrong word would get you killed in his presence.
